Ghaleb founded 1205 Consulting after fifteen years building and running enterprise transformations from inside the C-suite. He spent a decade in operating leadership at ING Bank and NN Group — as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, and management-board member with full P&L accountability — and worked inside ING's enterprise-agile transformation, the program McKinsey and BCG still cite as the banking benchmark.
He built 1205 to bring that operating discipline to the companies that need it most and can rarely access it: ambitious small and mid-sized firms. The disciplines that restructure a $15B insurer or scale a bank to 15,000 people are the same ones a growing company lacks — operating-model design, cost discipline, clean execution. The work isn't transplanting the Fortune 500 playbook; it's knowing which fifth of it matters at your scale, applying it, and cutting the rest.
