Partners

Two ways to work alongside 1205.

Refer a client whose situation may fit 1205, or apply to be considered for future practitioner-network work. These are separate paths, assessed case by case.

For referral partners

Refer a client.

For advisors whose client may need business performance, part-time HR, or employer-side workplace-investigation support. Send only the routing information needed for an initial conversation.

For practitioners

Apply to the network.

For independent professionals who want to be considered for future scoped engagement work. Professional information only; no client or matter details.

Apply to the network
Four practitioner tracks

The network is deliberately selective.

Workplace investigators
Senior HR practitioners
Fractional executives
Industry and functional specialists

Applications are screened for professional fit, relevant experience, jurisdictional and authorization information, conflict-check approach, availability, and—where applicable—investigator declarations and insurance. Verification may be requested before a practitioner is considered for a specific matter.

What applying means

A review, not a promise.

An application does not create employment, exclusivity, certification, a directory or marketplace listing, or guaranteed work. It does not confirm acceptance into any roster. Any future engagement is separately assessed for fit, conflicts, scope, capacity, authorization, and the appropriate professional lead.

If you are referring a client, use the referral path instead. Do not include confidential client, employee, former-employer, allegation, evidence, medical, document, or upload information in either public form.
